Licensing and Collaborations

Requests for licensing, collaboration, or commercial use of Daydream Confectionery designs should be submitted in writing to hello@daydreamconfectionery.com. Any authorized use must be covered by a written agreement.

Products

All art prints are original designs created by Daydream Confectionery. Products are made to order and may have slight variations in color due to monitor settings, printing processes, and material differences.

Product Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and include complimentary US shipping. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected on orders shipped within New York State, as required by law. Tax is calculated automatically at checkout.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled by our print partner, Printful. Production, packaging, and shipping are handled by Printful on our behalf.

Daydream Confectionery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the order.
