What about shipping costs?
Complimentary shipping on all US orders.
How long does shipping take?
Made to order with 3-5 business days production time, plus transit. Most US orders arrive within 7-12 business days total.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but international shipping is on the horizon. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know when we expand.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

What's the paper quality?
Museum-quality matte paper (189 g/m², 10.3 mil) sourced from Japan. Printed with archival inks for colors that stay true over time.
Do prints come framed?
Prints arrive unframed, giving you flexibility to display however you prefer.
Can I get a custom size?
Not at this time. Each piece is designed specifically for its available sizes to ensure the best visual balance.
Can I see the actual colors before ordering?
Our product photos are color-calibrated to be as accurate as possible. Keep in mind that monitor settings vary, so slight differences may occur. If you have specific questions about colors, reach out and we're happy to help.
How are prints packaged?
Prints ship rolled in a protective triangular cardboard tube wrapped in tissue paper.
Are these limited editions?
Our prints are open editions, meaning they're available as long as they're part of our collection. Collections may rotate over time.
How do I stay updated on new releases?

Orders & Returns
Can I cancel or return my order?
Each print is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.
What if my print arrives damaged or defective?
We will make it right for you. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you received a wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost. There is no need to return the original item.

We typically respond within 48 hours and arrange a replacement promptly.
