Returns Policy

Made to Order

Each print is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Prints

We will make it right for you. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you received a wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost. There is no need to return the original item.

How to Report an Issue

Email hello@daydreamconfectionery.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect, or the incorrect item(s)

  • Brief description of the issue

We typically respond within 48 hours and arrange a replacement promptly.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your order or arrange a replacement.

Color Accuracy

Our prints are color-calibrated for accuracy. However, monitor and mobile settings vary and slight differences may occur. We cannot offer refunds based on perceived color differences, but encourage you to reach out with questions before ordering.

Eligibility

Delays caused by carriers, weather events, or incorrect shipping addresses are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
